WE USUALLY SHIP EXPRESS WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND CAN SHIP TO MOST COUNTRIES WORLD-WIDE ON REQUEST - SEND US AN EMAIL TO GET A QUOTE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. ORDERS OVER   1000 ITEMS MAY HAVE TO BE SENT BY COURIER AND SO MAY NOT BE EXPRESS.

AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE WE WILL HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK THE DELIVERY - THIS CAN BE SUPPLIED ON REQUEST.

ORDERS OF MULTIPLE ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED IN MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE IN WHICH CASE SEVERAL TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED. IF ONE OF THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ORDERED IS NOT YET AVAILABLE WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS - USUALLY WE WILL SHIP WHAT WE CAN AND GET INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT THE REMINDER OF THE ORDER. WE DISPATCH ALL ORDERS OF 1000 OR LESS BY EXPRESS POST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DUE TO THE TRANSPORT COLLECTION CUT-OFF TIME, THE EARLIER AN ORDER IS PLACED, THE BETTER. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR AUSTRALIAN WAREHOUSE ON THE GOLD COAST, QUEENSLAND.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA AUSTRALIA POST. OUR POLICY IS TO CHARGE $15 FOR SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OF 15 KG OR LESS SO THAT IT IS EASY TO WORK OUT THE FINAL COST THAT YOU PAY - THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD YOUR POSTCODE TO WORK IT OUT. HEAVIER ORDERS HAVE AN EXTRA TRANSPORT COST, BUT IT IS COMPETITIVE AND WE ABSORB SOME OF THE COST. PLEASE ALLOW BETWEEN 1 AND 5 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY FROM THE SHIPMENT DATE, DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL. SHIPPING COSTS VARY DEPENDING YOUR LOCATION. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO GET A QUOTE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. ALLOW BETWEEN 5 AND 15 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY FROM THE SHIPMENT DATE, DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.
